The experience with Window World has been nothing more than exceptional. The process of making an appointment and selecting the best door was easy and informative. I waited roughly six weeks for the door to come in from the manufacturer, very reasonable, and be installed. I was contacted promptly when the door arrived and installation scheduled to work around my busy schedule.
On the day of installation, I was contacted and informed that the crew was headed my way promptly with the door. A crew of four arrived and introduced themselves then began the installation process. Total time for installation was less than two hours and came out perfectly as described.
I would highly recommend this company over many of the big box store companies. I appreciate their communication and professionalism throughout the whole process.

The window looks wonderful! They did an excellent job and fast. I only conversed with one person and he had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the product. He taught us how to use and clean them, and assured us of future customer support.
Thanks,

Very professional, patient with all our questions, and detailed explanations of the whole process. We will definitely be using this business again in the future for other home improvement things like siding, windows, back door with doggie door, etc...
